Create better opportunities to connect with students including:

• STEM summer camps to develop engineering students
• Local project tours
• Build multi-year program that connect employees with high school students and provides a pathway to internships, certification, and employment
• Finding talent through student mentorship program
• Launching a student design competition with a scholarship reward to create awareness and excitement for A/E/C careers.
