When you fuse essential company updates with Queen’s greatest hits, leaders in rock-star regalia, and a few unapologetic air-guitar riffs, you get more than an all-hands—you get a culture moment. HITT Contracting’s year-end meeting electrified 1,900+ team members across 14 offices and jobsites nationwide, earning MCA Best of Show for turning internal communications into an unforgettable, high-energy experience that informed, united, and inspired.

A Theme Built to Travel

With a distributed workforce, HITT needed an all-hands format that was as scalable as it was engaging. The team anchored the 2024 meeting to a universally relatable theme—rock ’n’ roll—then threaded it through a scripted, professionally edited video that carried the show. The result: a seamless narrative that made promotions, milestones, safety and operations updates, and strategic priorities feel lively, human, and memorable.

Production that Performs

Video was the engine. Leadership stepped on screen—not behind a lectern—to deliver news with humor and heart, supported by tight editing, music cues, and playful cameos. Interactive moments and on-theme transitions kept the tempo up while reinforcing key messages. Live streaming via Vimeo ensured equitable access for every office and jobsite—no one left backstage.

Engagement With Real Signal

Beyond the spectacle, the meeting delivered measurable impact:
  • 81% live viewership across the company, a standout rate for an enterprise-wide broadcast.
  • High completion and rewatch behavior (post-event viewing) is attributed to the clear structure and entertainment value.
  • Strong qualitative feedback from teams citing greater connection to leadership and pride in company achievements.

More Than a Meeting

This approach reframes internal communications as brand-building from the inside out. By merging storytelling, production discipline, and interactive touchpoints, HITT turned a routine update into a company-wide celebration of progress, people, and purpose—proof that when communications perform, teams remember, rally, and move forward together.
