DR. PAULA RAYMOND STAMP, MBA, FSMPS, CPSM
Dr. Paula Stamp is the Founding Principal at Geaux Consulting Group, which is a consultancy practice dedicated to providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to professional services clients. Dr. Stamp brings a rich background and a proven track record of success with professional services firms such as those in the architecture, construction, engineering, financial services, distribution, and legal sectors. With extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams and complex project pursuits, she is known for her exceptional leadership skills and ability to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Her strong client relationships and commitment to delivering value-driven solutions have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and partner.
Collaboration takes many forms in the A/E/C industry.
Being a trusted advisor presents an opportunity for us to be a sounding board about strategy and challenges for clients. Mentoring a technical team member in an area where they may lack confidence not only builds self-efficacy but also creates an opportunity for a shared experience that builds trust. Outreach into our communities can be a connection point between the project team and client, to the people who could be served by our project, and the economic infusion it could bring.
Some of the ways we collaborate from the Society and HQ perspective include:
- Society board members collaborate with chapters on strategic planning and problem-solving. Let us know how we can support you.
- HQ holds office hours for chapter leaders to drop in with questions and suggestions.
- Strategic partners provide content and webinars to our members to elevate their learning opportunities. Many resources are free to members.
- SMPS cross-pollinates with industry partners to conduct research through the SMPS Foundation.
- Amplify and The Pinnacle Experience conferences, as well as The Marketer magazine, are member-driven collaborations that showcase thought leadership open to both members and non-members alike.
There are many ways to collaborate with fellow SMPS members and make some magic, so find your passion, get out there, and connect!
